The refurbishment of the old ANZ building at 21 Grafton Street was undertaken for Grand Broadcasters. Renovations were completed to the base building with works including the complete removal of the original fitout, installation of a lift to service the first floor, the creation of 3 separate tenancies and the upgrade of the amenities. Major services upgrades were completed with the replacement of the mechanical system, a new switchboard and electrical mains including the installation of a permanent generator as a backup-service to the building.
The second stage of works included the fitout for local radio stations Star FM and 4CA. We were engaged to co-ordinate the design and construction works in conjunction with specialised contractors provided by the client.
