Initially the building was refurbished in 2015 by Keir Qld for Trinity Power Sports (Kawasaki). In 2022, Commercial Property Services commenced work to convert the showroom into Trinity Kia showroom and car sales yard.
A simple, yet complex design point was the Red Loop Line. A LED strip light that ran along the floor, up the walls and across the ceiling space to create a feature divide between the showroom floor space and sales.
Another successful car dealership showroom completed for the Trinity Auto Group.
