Queensland Master Builder – Retail award winning Project, Terry White Chemist consists of a 360m2 fit out of retail tenancy located in the heart of Redlynch Central Shopping Centre.
The expansive new outlet accommodates the back of house amenities including a stock control area, staff facilities and office space. The focus in the front of house is based on efficiency to the work flow in and around the schedules and dispensary counters. The floor layout includes provisions for the future installation of an automated pill dispensing facility. The extensive retail area is complete with a modern cosmetic outlet featuring a ‘Beauty hub’ centred around displays of the leading cosmetic brands.
Adherence to program was a critical factor in the completion of this fitout. The works were completed in 3 x weeks including the completion of base building services with-in the tenancy and the off-site fabrication of the custom Joinery. Detailed co-ordination of the works along with consistent communication with the Client, Contractors and Suppliers was required to deliver the fitout in line with the opening of the Redlynch Central Shopping Centre.
